I did not get on the scale this morning. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and I have not been able to do an actual workout all week. My foot is healing so I hope to be back in the routine early next week.
I have still done pretty good this week with watching what I have been eating. Been having a couple bowls of fruit a day and drinking a lot of water. I feel pretty good. I have had some slips with my smoking but I am determined to quit and not slip, will keep working on that.
I do not think I did to bad this week, even with not being able to workout but I just couldn’t get on the scale this morning, was worried that I might have slipped too much and that would be pretty discouraging. Hopefully everything will be back to normal next week.
Sunday night I cut my right foot. Not a small cut, a huge gash, that bleed like you would not believe.
It hurt like hell and bleed all over the place. I am probably going to have to stay off the eliptical machine for at least a few days so I don’t expect this to be a week that I lose much weight.
My eating is going pretty good. I am eating more fruits and drinking several bottles of water a day. I have cut back the sodas from around a six pack a day to one with lunch and then just 2 in the evenings.
I do feel a little better even if I am not losing much.
Hopefully I can get back into my exercise routine in the next couple of days after my foot heals a little.
Howdy all, it has been a pretty long week. Things have been busy at work and at home so I have not had time to post any thoughts this week. I will try to do better next week.
I had a pretty good week. Been trying to eat better and I have been drinking a lot of water during the day. Working out every afternoon and feeling pretty good.
Weigh in: 227 lbs.
I did not lose any this week, in fact I am up a pound from last week. Not sure how that happened but it doesn’t discourage me. Going to take a good look at how I am eating and see what I can do better.
I feel good about the progress I have made this week. I am really starting to get into my routine. Exercising in the afternoon and controlling my portions better. Still eating basically what I want just not as much.
I have also started drinking more water. It is not to bad, I still prefer diet sodas. I have cut down to only 2 or 3 diet pepsis a day and I am drinking several bottles of water.
This weeks weigh in: 226 lbs!
Thats down 3 pounds from last week!
Like I said I feel good about the progress I have made this week.
Things have been going pretty good. I am getting into a good routine of exercising in the afternoons. I am doing at least 45 minutes on the Eliptical machine and I am feeling pretty good.
I am also getting a bit better at controlling my portions and making sure I eat smaller portions several times a day instead of just a huge dinner. I have been eat ing some fruit at least once a day and I am also trying to drink more water and less diet sodas.
Tomorrow is my weigh in and I am hoping for a little better results than last week. I know it is going to take time and I am not discourage I am going to keep working at it.
